
The Louisiana Composers Forum is a new organization created to foster the development of new classical music in Louisiana. With support from the Arts Council of New Orleans and the New Orleans Musicians Foundation, the Louisiana Composers Forum will have its first concert on September 29, 2010 at the Contemporary Arts Center of New Orleans.
2010's featured compositions are:

"East of the Garden" by Brian Hanson,
"Fitful Dreams" by Bryan Fusilier,
"Overture for Chamber Orchestra" by Kevin George,
"Sound Entrapments" by Steven Sweetwyne,
"Fable" by BJ Blue
